【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 단양군은 오는 24일을 시작으로 생활 속 궁금한 법률 고민을 해결하는 ‘2022년 무료법률 상담실’ 운영에 들어간다.

매달 마지막 주 월요일 오전 10시부터 12시까지 2시간 동안 군청 민원과 상담실에서 진행되는 무료 법률상담은 단양군에 주소나 거소를 둔 사람이라면 가능하며, 당일 접수순으로 상담이 이뤄진다.

군은 2013년 ‘단양군 무료법률상담실 설치 및 운영 조례’ 제정 이후 일상생활 속에서 겪는 주민들의 법률 관련 애로사항 해결을 위해 현직 변호사를 임명해 무료법률 상담 서비스를 제공해 큰 호응을 얻고 있다.

군 관계자는 “군청 민원실 내 마련한 법률상담실을 통해 군민 불편이 해소되고 원활한 민원서비스를 제공 받을 수 있도록 힘쓰겠다”며 “무료로 진행되는 법률상담에 군민 여러분들의 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다”고 말했다.

한편, 군은 지난해 무료법률 상담실을 운영을 통해 총 52건의 상담 실적을 올렸다.
