【브레이크뉴스 충북】임창용 기자=제천시 청소년수련시설인 장락청소년문화의집(직영)과 제천청소년문화의집(관장 정영순)이 여성가족부에서 실시한 2021년 전국청소년수련시설 종합평가에서 ‘최우수’ 등급을 받았다.

  여성가족부 주최, 한국청소년정책연구원이 주관하는 청소년수련시설종합평가는 2년에 한번 전국 470여 곳의 청소년수련시설(청소년수련관, 청소년문화의집, 청소년특화시설)을 대상으로 수련시설의 운영·관리체계, 청소년 이용 및 프로그램 운영상황, 인사·조직 관리 등 7개 분야에 대한 운영 전반을 평가한다. 

  본 수련시설들은 운영 및 관리, 청소년 이용과 프로그램 운영, 대외협력 및 홍보 등 수련시설 운영의 전반적인 부분에서 높은 점수를 받아 2019년에 이어 2021년 평가에서도 최우수 수련시설로 지정되는 영예를 안았다.  아울러 장락청소년문화의 집에서 운영하는 장락청소년방과후아카데미 또한 2021년도 사업평가에서 전국 188개 기관 중 25개 기관이 선정된 최우수 등급을 충북에서는 유일하게 받았다. 

  정영순 관장은 “제천시와 지역사회의 적극적인 관심과 지원으로 이번 전국 수련시설 평가에서도 최우수 등급을 받을 수 있었다” 며 “앞으로도 지역 청소년들의 목소리에 귀 기울여 안전하고 건강한 청소년활동을 운영할 수 있도록 더 많이 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

  Jangnak Youth Culture House (directly managed) and Jecheon Youth Culture House (Director Jeong Young-sun), which are youth training facilities in Jecheon City, received the ‘best’ grade in the 2021 national youth training facility comprehensive evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.

  The comprehensive evaluation of youth training facilities hosted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and supervised by the Korea Youth Policy Institute is conducted once every two years at about 470 youth training facilities across the country (youth training centers, youth culture centers, and specialized youth facilities). It evaluates the overall operation in 7 areas, including management system, youth use and program operation status, and personnel/organizational management.

  These training facilities received high scores in the overall operation of training facilities, such as operation and management, youth use and program operation, external cooperation and publicity, and were honored to be designated as the best training facilities in the 2021 evaluation following 2019. In addition, Jangrak Youth After-school Academy, operated by Jangrak Youth Culture House, was the only one in North Chungcheong Province to receive the highest grade among 188 institutions nationwide in the 2021 project evaluation.
