옥천군노인장애인복지관-대도식품, 장애인 취업지원 협약

【브레이크뉴스 충북】임창용 기자=옥천군노인장애인복지관(대표 오재훈)에서는 대도식품(대표 김종훈, 김현숙)과 장애인 취업지원 및 지역일자리 창출을 위해 업무 협약을 체결했다고 26일 밝혔다.

 

이번 협약식은 지난 7월 14일 옥천군노인장애인복지관 상생일자리 훈련생 2명의 취업 연계를 계기로 이루어졌다.

 

협약을 통해 두 기관은 향후 훈련생들의 현장훈련, 취업에 관한 정보 및 프로그램 지원하여 장애인들이 취업을 돕게 된다. 

 

대도식품 김종훈 대표는 “비장애인도 사회 초년생일 땐 끌고 가주는 도움의 손길이 필요하다. 이렇듯 장애인 취업생들이 본인들이 잘하는 업무를 찾도록 도와줄 것이며, 실수를 하더라도 이해와 격려로 당당히 직장인이 될 수 있도록 역할을 하겠다”라고 소감을 밝혔다. 

 

옥천군노인장애인복지관 오재훈 관장은 “대도식품은 장애인 현장훈련을 통해 취업까지 연계된 1호 기업체로 장애인 채용에 대해 긍정적으로 인식을 할 수 있게끔 많은 업체에 선한 영향력을 미친것에 대해 감사드린다” 라고 말했다.  

 

대도식품은 1999년부터 탕류, 육수류, 건강식 면류 등을 만드는 업체로 2005년부터 꾸준히 음식 나눔 활동을 통해 소외된 이웃 없이 모두가 잘 살아가는 사회를 만들고자 앞장서는 기업이다.
