【브레이크뉴스 충북】임창용 기자=충북 괴산군은 올해 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 사태에 대응해 새로운 방식으로 진행되는 2020 괴산김장축제의 메인이벤트인 ‘드라이브스루 김장체험행사’의 사전예약이 완료됐다고 30일 밝혔다.

군은 코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 김장체험행사 참가팀을 총 240팀으로 제한하고 지난 14일부터 사전예약을 받아왔다.

지난해에도 큰 인기로 물량이 순식간에 동났던 김장체험행사는 주말체험 예약을 시작으로 빠르게 완판됐다.

11월 6일부터 8일까지 총 3일간 괴산종합운동장에서 진행되는 드라이브 스루 김장체험행사는 사전 예약한 참가자들이 개인 차량을 지정된 체험부스에 주차한 후 김장을 체험하는 방식으로 진행된다.

군은 팀별로 체험부스를 제공해 타인과의 접촉을 최소화하도록 계획하고 팀 구성원도 4인까지로 제한을 뒀다.

팀별로 체험이 종료될 때마다 방역을 실시해 코로나19 확산을 철저히 차단할 방침이다.

한편, 군은 올해 온라인으로 진행하는 ‘명인의 김장간-진지박물관 김정희 원장과 함께하는 김치 백투더 퓨처’ 역시 사전예약 물량이 얼마 남지 않았다고 밝혔다.

오는 6일부터 8일까지 4회에 걸쳐 온라인으로 진행되는 명인의 김장간에서는 우암 송시열의 풍류밥상에서 찾은 디저트 김치인 ‘버섯과일장김치’를 비롯해 옛 김치(엄장채), 속 편안한 김치, 상공제방(相公虀方), 명태김치 등을 만들어보는 쿠킹 클래스가 열린다.

프로그램 특성상 참가자는 반드시 정해진 시간에 맞춰 개인 노트북, 모바일 기기 등을 이용해 화상회의 프로그램인 줌(ZOOM)에 접속해야 한다.

군은 3일간의 주요 행사에 미처 참가하지 못하는 소비자들을 위해 11월 한 달 동안 괴산군 곳곳에서 열리는 ‘마을농가 김장행사’를 준비했다.

관내 12개 체험농가에서 열리는 ‘마을농가 김장행사’에서는 농가별 고유 레시피에 따라 만든 양념으로 김장을 담가볼 수 있으며, 갓 담근 김장김치와 함께 농가에서 준비한 수육도 맛볼 수 있다.

괴산군을 직접 방문하지 못하는 소비자들은 11월 한 달 동안 군 직영 온라인 쇼핑몰 괴산장터에서 김장세트를 구매해 김장을 담글 수도 있다.

이 밖에도 독도 경비대·코로나19 의료종사자를 위한 김장 나눔 행사, 글로벌 김장체험행사, 어린이 김장체험행사, 괴산군 유튜브 TV ‘괴산가서 김장하자’ 등의 풍성한 프로그램이 마련된다.

한편, 군은 3일부터 22일까지 김장체험행사와 더불어 괴산시골절임배추 SNS 홍보 이벤트도 연다.

군은 사이버괴산군민 홈페이지에서 절임배추 퀴즈에 응모한 사람 중 100명에게 괴산군의 농·특산물을 증정할 계획이다.
