【브레이크뉴스 충북】임창용 기자=생활 속 문화예술 공간을 마련하여 시민들에게 다양한 감수성을 전해 주고자 마련된 제천시립도서관(관장 박상천)의 ‘갤러리 더 맵시’의 32번째 초대전이 12월 31일까지 열린다.

갤러리 더 맵시는 지역작가들에게 상설전시공간을 제공하고 독서와 사색 그리고 예술이 함께하는 도서관 환경을 조성하여 더 맵시 있는 도서관을 만들어 보자는 취지로 지난 2013년부터 시작하였다.

이번 전시회에는 지역에서 작품 활동을 하고 있는 김경미, 반향미, 최화연 작가의 22점의 작품이 전시되며 “캔버스에 그린 그리움”라는 주제로 다양한 회화 작품을 선보일 예정이다.

특히, 꽃과 나무 등 자연을 느낄 수 있는 작품이 많이 준비되어 있어서 장기간 코로나19로 인하여 지친 시민들의 마음에 위안을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

In this exhibition, 22 works by artists Kim Gyeong-mi, Ban Hyang-mi, and Choi Hwa-yeon, who are working in the region, will be exhibited, and various paintings will be presented under the theme of “Nostalgia Painted on Canvas”.
