청주시, 제2차 긴급 재난지원금 지원 추진

브레이크뉴스 충북임창용 기자=청주시가 코로나19 확산에 따른 민생안정, 소상공인 지원, 지역예술인 생계지원, 기타 지원 사업 등 제2차 긴급 재난지원금을 지원한다.

 

민생안정 분야에는 저소득 한부모가족 한시생활지원금과 위기가구 긴급 생계비가 있다.

 

저소득 한부모가족 한시생활지원금은 1012일부터 1110일까지 각 읍동 행정복지센터에서 신청 받는다.

 

신청 시 필요 서류는 신분증과 청주페이다. 청주페이 카드 미소지자도 공카드를 등록해 신청하면 된다.

 

지원 대상은 1399세대로 한시생활지원금 미지원 저소득 한부모가족과 저소득 한시생활지원금 일부지원 차상위 계층이다.

 

지원 금액은 최저 20만 원부터 최고 148만 원으로 급여자격별, 가구원 수별 차등되며, 지역사랑상품권인 청주페이로 지급하며, 지급된 청주페이는 오는 1220일까지만 사용 가능하다.

 

위기 가구 긴급 생계비는 1012일부터 1030일까지 신청 받는다.

 

12일부터는 보건복지부 복지로 또는 시 홈페이지에서 온라인으로 접수하고, 19일부터는 출생 연도 끝자리별 신청인 5부제.[()1,6 / () 2,7 / ()3,8 / ()4,9 / ()5,0] 방식을 적용해 각 읍동 행정복지센터에서 현장 접수한다.

 

온라인 신청은 주민등록상 세대주만 가능하고, 동 현장 접수는 세대주, 세대원, 대리인 모두 신청이 가능하다.

 

신청 서류는 신청서, 개인정보 동의서, 소득감소 증명서를 준비하면 된다.

 

지원 대상은 코로나19로 가구 소득이 25% 이상 감소한 가구 중 소득기준은 중위소득 75% 이하 가구이며, 재산기준은 35000만 원 이하인 가구다.

 

, 고용부 긴급 고용 안정지원금, 중기청 소상공인 새희망자금 등 정부지원을 받은 가구와 기초생활보장 생계급여자긴급복지 지원자는 제외된다.

 

지원 금액은 1인 가구 40만 원, 2인 가구 60만 원, 3인 가구 80만 원, 4인 이상 가구 100만 원으로 오는 1110일부터 순차적으로 현금으로 1회 지급할 예정이다.

 

사업비는 전액 국비인 508800만 원이다.

 

소상공인 분야로는, 코로나19 장기화로 경영에 타격을 입고 있는 소상공인을 위해 103018시까지 신청 받고 있다.

 

지원 대상은 충청북도 행정명령에 따라 집합금지 및 영업제한으로 피해를 입은 유흥주점, 노래연습장, PC방 등 10개 고위험시설 1826곳과 목욕장업 60, 보험업 144곳 등 총 2030곳이다.

 

, 지원에서 제외되는 소상공인은 부가가치세법에 따른 사업자등록을 하지 않은 자, 중소기업기본법 상의 소상공인이 아닌자다.

 

제출 서류는 지원신청서(개인정보수집이용동의서, 행정정보제공동의서)와 사업자등록증명원(최근 1개월 이내 발급), 통장 사본, 상시근로자수 확인서류(건강보험자격득실확인서, 건강보험 월별 사업장가입자별 부과내역 등)이다.

 

접수처는 유흥주점, 콜라텍, 단란주점, 헌팅포차, 뷔페, 목욕장은 위생정책과, 노래연습장, PC방은 문화예술과, 실내집단운동시설은 체육시설과, 대형학원(300인 이상)은 체육교육과, 방문판매업, 보험업은 경제정책과이다.

 

신청 방법은 방문, 팩스, 우편으로 가능하다.

 

지원 금액은 업체당 50만 원이며, 10~ 11월 중 계좌로 지급될 예정이다.

 

지역예술인 생계지원금은 코로나19로 축제행사공연 등이 중단되면서 이로 인해 생계가 어려워진 지역 문화예술인에게 생계지원금을 지원한다.

 

지원 금액은 1인당 50만 원의 생계지원금이다.

 

지원 대상은 공고일(10.5.) 전일 기준 주소지가 청주시이며, 공고일 기준 한국예술인복지재단의 예술활동증명 등록이 완료돼 유효기간 내에 있는 예술인이다.

 

공립기관 소속 예술인 등, ‘정부2차고용안정지원금(특고프리랜서)’지급대상자는 신청에서 제외된다.

 

또한 올해 읍동 주민자치프로그램 강사 등 시 산하 각 부서에서 강사로 활동했던 자에 대해 별도로 시에서 50만 원씩 지급할 계획으로 여기에 해당되는 경우도 지급대상에서 제외된다.

 

제출 서류는 지원 신청서, 예술활동증명확인서, 통장 및 신분증 사본 등으로 시 홈페이지 고시공고에서 서류 확인 후 제출하면 된다.

 

신청 기간은 1012일부터 2318시까지다.

 

신청 방법은 이메일(jinny98j@korea.kr), 팩스, 우편방문(상당구 사북로 164, 우민타워1층 청주시 문화예술과)으로 하면 된다.

 

중복지급 여부 등 확인 절차를 거쳐 10월 중 순차적으로 지급할 계획이다.

 

기타 분야로는 종교시설 방역물품 지원이 있다.

 

코로나19 사회적 거리 두기 참여로 종교 활동에 제한을 받은 지역 내 종교시설 1001(개신교 822, 천주교 38, 불교 109, 기타 종교 32)에 대해 방역물품을 지원한다.

 

지원 물품은 1곳당 30만 원 상당의 방역물품 꾸러미(체온계, 마스크, 소독티슈 등).

 

시설 소재지 읍동 행정복지센터를 통해 10월 말부터 11월 초까지 배부할 예정이다.
