【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=진천군이 초고령사회 어르신들의 인지 건강을 책임질 현장 중심의 복지 전문가 양성에 성공했다.

진천군사회복지협의회는 지난 3월 24일부터 운영해 온 ‘2026 주민복지대학 실버인지놀이지도자 2급 과정’을 마무리하고 전문 인력을 배출했다고 4일 밝혔다.

이번 교육 과정은 급증하는 고령 인구와 치매 예방 수요에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해 기획됐다. 특히 기존의 이론 위주 교육 방식에서 과감히 탈피해, 실제 복지 현장에서 즉각 활용 가능한 실습 중심의 커리큘럼으로 운영되어 교육생들의 큰 호응을 얻었다.

교육생들은 팀별로 보드게임, 미술 치료, 신체 활동 등 다양한 인지 자극 프로그램을 직접 기획했으며, 모의 시연을 통해 실전 대응 능력을 키웠다. 이 과정을 통해 수료생들은 어르신들의 인지 건강을 증진시키고 정서적 활력을 불어넣을 수 있는 실무 역량을 갖추게 됐다.
