오는 11일부터 시작되는 이번 프로그램은 모바일 앱 ‘워크온’을 활용한 비대면 건강관리 서비스다. 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 일상 속에서 자가 건강관리를 실천할 수 있도록 돕는 것이 핵심이다.

‘모바일 고혈압 관리교실’은 지난 2024년 도입 이후 올해로 3년 차를 맞았다. 고혈압 진단자 20여 명을 대상으로 5월 11일부터 7월 5일까지 8주간 운영되며, 주차별 영상 교육과 건강 매거진 제공, 생활습관 개선 미션 수행 및 퀴즈 참여 등 체계적인 커리큘럼으로 구성됐다.

특히 올해는 충북 도내 최초로 ‘모바일 당뇨병 관리교실’을 신설해 운영 외연을 넓혔다. 당뇨병 진단자 20여 명을 대상으로 6월 8일부터 8주간 진행되며, 고혈압 과정과 마찬가지로 전문적인 영상 교육과 미션 수행을 통해 당뇨 수치 조절을 지원한다.

보건소는 워크온 앱 내 전용 커뮤니티를 통해 참여자들에게 실시간 맞춤형 피드백을 제공하고, 주차별 미션 수행률이 70% 이상인 우수 참여자에게는 추첨을 통해 소정의 보상품을 증정하며 지속적인 동기를 부여할 계획이다.
