 또한 청주교육지원청은 민원인을 대상으로 하는 청렴 행정 서비스 강화를 위해 민원실에도 청렴 핫팩을 비치하여 필요한 민원인이 자유롭게 사용할 수 있도록 하였고, 이를 통해 겨울철 민원 편의를 도모함과 동시에, 기관의 청렴 의지를 대내외에 널리 알리는 효과를 기대하고 있다.
