【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=진천교육지원청(교육장 서강석)은 14일, 진천교육지원청 시청각실에서 공립 단설유치원 및 공립 초·중·고등학교 교감, 행정실장, 교육지원청 전 직원을 대상으로 ‘2025 관리자 청렴 교육 및 직장 내 괴롭힘 예방교육’을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 관리자들이 공직자로서의 윤리의식을 제고하고, 직장 내 건강한 조직문화를 정착시키기 위해 마련됐다.

청렴교육은 국민권익위원회에 재직 중인 윤수성 행정사무관(청렴전문강사)이 맡아 ▲공무원 행동강령 ▲청탁금지법 ▲이해충돌방지법을 중심으로 강의했다. 윤 강사는 주요 법령의 핵심 내용과 실무에서 유의해야 할 점을 실제 사례를 들어 설명하며, 청렴한 공직생활의 중요성을 강조했다.

이어 진행된 직장 내 괴롭힘 예방교육은 한국고용노동교육원 최홍기 교수가 강사로 나서 ‘직장 내 괴롭힘 개념 이해 및 예방’을 주제로 강의를 진행했다. 조직 내 괴롭힘의 정의와 유형, 예방을 위한 실천 방안 등을 중심으로 강연이 이루어졌으며, 참여자들의 공감과 경각심을 이끌어냈다.

진천교육지원청은 이번 교육을 통해 상호 존중과 배려를 바탕으로 한 건강한 공직문화가 현장에 뿌리내리길 기대한다고 밝혔다.

Jincheon Office of Education (Superintendent Seo Kang-seok) conducted the ‘2025 Manager Integrity Education and Workplace Bullying Prevention Education’ on the 14th in the Jincheon Office of Education Audiovisual Room for vice principals, administrative directors, and all employees of the Office of Education.
