열람가격에 대한 의견이 있을 경우 의견서를 작성하여 재무과 방문 또는 우편·팩스로 제출하면 되며, 의견이 제출된 주택에 대하여는 한국부동산원의 검증 및 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 4월 28일에 최종 결정·공시된다. 

한편 공동주택가격의 경우 국토교통부장관이 한국부동산원에 의뢰하여 조사 산정하며 부동산공시가격알리미를 통해 3월 23일부터 4월 11일까지 열람 및 의견제출이 가능하다.

군 관계자는 “공시된 개별(공동)주택가격은 국세 및 지방세의 조세 부과, 건강보험료 산정기준으로 활용되므로 군민들의 적극적인 열람과 의견제출을 부탁드린다”고 말했다.
