주요 프로그램은 인지자극 프로그램으로 공예, 실버통합놀이, 원예(텃밭가꾸기) △건강지원 프로그램으로 투약관리, 혈압 및 혈당체크 등이 제공되며, 교통취약자를 위해 셔틀버스를 운영하는 등 치매환자 중심의 체계적인 서비스가 이뤄지고 있다.

아울러 9월부터는 거점형 쉼터와 비대면 쉼터를 같이 운영해 서비스 이용의 지역적 편차를 줄임으로써 군내 경증 치매환자의 포괄적 치매 관리가 이뤄질 예정이다.
