또 건강 위해가능 영양성분 저감 분야에서는 △저감 환경조성을 위한 유치원, 어린이집 대상 나트륨 당 저감 사업 추진 △청소년 대상 고열량 저 영양식품 및 고카페인 함유 식품 유통 지도 △나트륨 줄이기 실천 음식점 및 삼삼 급식소 운영 등 안전한 식품 환경을 위해 노력했다.
