【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 음성군이 재해위험지구 14개 지구에 2024년까지 총 1114억원을 투입해 재해위험지구를 정비에 총력을 기울이고 있다.
군은 풍수해생활권 종합정비사업 1개 지구 286억원, 재해위험개선지구 정비사업 6개 지구 766억원, 재해위험 저수지 정비사업 6개 지구 57억원, 급경사지 붕괴위험지역 정비사업 1개 지구 5억원 등 인명과 재산 피해 예방을 위해 침수, 가뭄, 붕괴위험 우려가 있는 14개 지구의 정비를 통해 자연재해에 선제적으로 대응한다는 방침이다.
2019년 정부공모사업으로 선정된 모래내지구 풍수해생활권 종합정비사업은 하천정비, 교량 재가설, 우수관정비를 통해 삼성면 시가지의 침수피해를 예방하는 사업으로, 현재 실시설계와 사전행정절차 중으로 올해 하반기에 착수해 2024년까지 완료할 계획이다.
재해위험개선지구 정비사업은 기후변화, 기상이변으로 인한 재해 발생 우려가 큰 지역을 지정해 제방 정비, 교량 가설, 배수펌프장과 분기수로설치 등을 시행하는 사업이다.
맹동면 쌍정지구와 음성읍 음성지구는 올해 사업을 완료할 예정이고, 음성읍 신천지구, 금왕읍 무극지구는 장마철 이전에 주요공정을 마무리해 피해에 철저히 대비한다. 또, 음성읍 목골지구는 연내 보상과 공사착공을 목표로 박차를 가하고, 2022년 신규지구인 금왕 도청지구는 올해까지 실시설계용역을 마무리해 내년도 상반기 착공을 목표로 매진하고 있다.
