충북도, 2021.생산적 일손봉사 대상 시상식 진행
농림축산식품부 장관상 1명, 대상 11팀, 특별상 18팀 수상

【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도는 7일 오전 10시 충북도청 대회의실에서 2021 생산적 일손봉사 대상 시상식을 개최했다.

 

  이번 행사는 코로나19 확산 방지를 위하여 참석자를 대폭 축소해 이시종 충북도지사와 박문희 충북도의회 의장, 윤남진 충북도의원, 염기동 농협중앙회 충북지역본부장, 수상자, 단체 등 최소 인원만 참석한 채 온․오프라인으로 병행 개최했다.

 

  충북도는 일반부문(개인‧단체), 학생부문(단체), 자원봉사부문(단체), 의용소방대부문(단체) 등 총 4개 부문으로 나눠 시상했고, 농림축산식품부 장관상 1명을 비롯해 대상에 11개 팀(단체 7, 개인 4), 특별상에 18개 팀(단체 15, 개인 3)이 각각 수상의 영예를 안았다.

 

  이날 시상식에서 음성군 윤상숙씨는 생산적 일손봉사에 163회를 참여하고, 코로나19로 어려움을 겪는 화훼농가 돕기 활동을 비롯해 농촌 살리기에 앞장선 공로를 인정받아 농림축산식품부 장관상을 수상했다. 

 

  생산적 일손봉사 대상 시상식에 정부가 표창장을 보내준 것은 이번이 처음이다.

 

  대상 수상자 중 진천군 영주원 상생마을 봉사단(회장 윤인순, 회원 15명)은 연인원 2,230명이 생산적 일손봉사에 동참해 단체부문 최다로 참여했다. 

 

  개인자격으로 연간 100회 이상 참여한 보은군 김기환씨 등 4명이 개인부문 대상, 우석대학교 진천캠퍼스, 한국교통대 충주캠퍼스 봉사동아리가 학생단체 부문 대상의 영예를 받았다. 

 

  또한, 올해 처음 생산적 일손봉사에 참여한 옥천군 결혼이주여성협의회(대표 부티탄화)는 다문화가정이라는 어려움 속에서도 일손봉사에 참여해 특별상을 수상하며 시상식을 빛냈다.

 

  충북도는 생산적 일손봉사 확산은 물론, 소외계층 봉사활동 등 평소에도 이웃 사랑과 지역 발전에 헌신해 온 개인과 단체를 발굴 후 심사위원회의 공정한 심사를 거쳐 이번 대상 및 특별상 수상자를 선정했다고 밝혔다. 

 

  이날 시상식에서 이시종 도지사는 “생산적 일손봉사 장관상과 대상 그리고 특별상에 선정되신 모든 분께 축하드린다.”라며, “생산적 일손봉사가 봉사자의 노력으로 농민들과 기업인들이 어려움을 이겨내는 데 큰 힘이 됐고 봉사자 여러분이 많이 참여해 주신 덕분에 농가와 기업의 인력난 해소에도 큰 도움이 됐다.”라고 감사의 마음을 전했다.

 

  한편, 생산적 일손봉사는 일할 능력이 있는 유휴 인력을 일손이 부족한 농가와 중소기업에 연결하고 참여자에게는 소정의 실비를 지급하는 사업으로, 인력난 해소는 물론 봉사자의 사기도 높이는 충북의 대표 사업이다.
