【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 영동군이 AI(인공지능)·IOT(사물인터넷) 기반으로 한 비대면 건강관리 서비스를 본격 시작했다고 밝혔다.

 

 이번사업은 보건복지부가 주관한 2021년 AI·IOT기반 ‘어르신 건강관리 서비스 시범사업’ 공모에 충청북도에서 유일하게 선정돼 추진하는 사업이다.

 

 지역특색을 반영한 짜임새 있는 계획과 적극적 유치 의지로 사업에 선정됐다.

 

 ‘오늘건강’ 모바일앱과 여러 가지 디바이스를 활용해 지역 노인들에게 맞춤형 비대면 건강관리 서비스를 지원한다.

 

 사업 참여 대상은 허약·만성질환 및 건강행태 개선이 필요한 65세이상 스마트폰 소지자 100명으로, 군민들의 큰 관심 속에 대상자를 선정 완료했다.

 

 기존의 방문건강관리사업 운영 노하우를 정보통신기술에 접목시켜 일상 속 만성질환관리 및 건강행태 개선을 유도하는 비대면 건강관리서비스를 시범적으로 실시할 예정이다.

 

 효율적인 서비스 제공을 위해 사전건강 스크리닝(신체측정등)을 통해 건강군, 전허약군, 허약군으로 3개 군으로 분류돼 진행된다.

 

 대상자에게 활동량계. 체중계와 질환여부에 따라 혈압계, 혈당계 등이, 허약·독거노인에게는 AI생활스피커가 지급됐다.

 

 특히, 대상자와 보건소 담당자가 함께 실천목표(미션)를 정하고, 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 지원하는 등 소통을 기반으로 한 건강서비스를 제공하게 된다.

 

 또한 보건소 전문가에게 건강, 영양, 신체활동 등 비대면 건강컨설팅, 건강정보등 서비스를 제공받으며 건강을 세심히 챙기게 된다.

 

 군은 ‘오늘건강’ 모바일 앱과 디바이스 기기를 활용해 참여노인의 건강상태를 실시간 모니터링하며 대상자별 전담간호사를 배정하여 비대면으로 맞춤식 건강관리 서비스를 6개월 제공한다. 

 

 6개월 시점 사후 건강스크리닝을 통해 건강위험요인이 개선되었는지를 체크하며, 6개월간 사업 참여자들에게 활동량계 등 소정의 상품을 제공할 계획이다.

 

 군은 코로나19로 인해 건강에 대한 관심이 그 어느 때보다 높아진 지금, 군민의 올바른 건강 생활습관 정착과 지역사회 활력 조성을 위해 더 꼼꼼히 사업을 추진하기로 했다.

 

 추후 사업효과와 참여자 만족도를 조사해 다음 사업 추진 계획에도 적극 반영할 방침이다. 

 

 오준용 군 보건소장은 “군과 지역 어르신이 함께 건강관리 목표를 정하고 상호 소통하며, 자발적 건강행태 개선을 할 수 있게끔 세심한 관심을 기울여 사업을 추진하겠다”라며, “코로나19로 인해 움츠러든 지역사회에 새 활력을 불어넣고, 지역 어르신들의 건강을 적극 책임질 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 전했다.

 This project is the only project in Chungcheongbuk-do selected and promoted in the 2021 AI/IOT-based ‘Elderly Health Management Service Pilot Project’ hosted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

 

 It was selected for the project with a structured plan that reflects regional characteristics and an active will to attract.

 

 By using the ‘Today Health’ mobile app and various devices, it supports non-face-to-face health care services tailored to the local elderly.

 

 The project participants were 100 smartphone owners over the age of 65 who were in need of improvement in health behaviors and infirmities, chronic diseases, and were selected with great interest from the citizens of the county.
