【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=괴산군 보건소는 28일 괴산군 공무원과 지역 군민 대상으로 충북대병원, 충북광역정신건강복지센터, 괴산군정신건강복지센터가 연계하여 찾아가는 정신건강 상담을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

 

이번 찾아가는 정신건강 상담은 괴산군보건소 담당 공무원 2명과 충북광역정신건강복지센터(충북대병원), 괴산군정신건강복지센터의 전공의 1명, 직원 5명으로 진행된다.

 

당일 신청자 또는 사전 희망자에게 충북광역정신건강복지센터에서 개발한 충북 정신건강 선별검사 및 인식도 조사 시스템 ‘체크체크’를 활용하여 심리검사를 실시한다.

 

‘체크체크’ 시스템은 우울, 자살, 스트레스, 불안, 알코올 중독 등 다양한 심리검사가 가능하다.

 

의사와 면담을 희망하거나 검사 결과 정신건강 고위험군 등 소견이 확인되면 현장에서 정신과 전공의와 1대1 상담을 하고 괴산군정신건강복지센터와 협력병원이 연계해 전문적인 치료, 상담 등을 지원한다.

 

이번 상담을 통해 괴산군민의 정신건강 검진 접근성을 높이고, 고위험군도 조기발견하여 자살을 예방한다는 계획이다.

 

또한 코로나19 장기화에 따른 공무원들의 직무스트레스로 인한 자살예방과 정신건강 증진을 통해 공공서비스 전달력을 향상시킬 예정이다.

 

군 보건소 관계자는 “찾아가는 정신건강 상담을 통해 코로나19 장기화에 따른 심리적 소진을 해소할 수 있도록 돕고, 정신건강의학과 연계를 통해 괴산군 공무원과 군민의 정신건강 증진에 기여하고자 한다”고 말했다.

 

한편 괴산군 정신건강복지센터는 자살 고위험군 발굴 및 사후 관리, 중증정신질환자 사례관리, 자살예방 및 정신건강 홍보・캠페인, 생명지킴이 양성교육, 아동・청소년 정신건강증진 사업 등을 제공하고 있다.
