【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 군민의 군정 참여를 확대하고 재정 운영의 투명성을 높이기 위해 ‘2026년 주민참여예산 제안사업(군정참여형)’ 공모를 오는 5월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 실시한다고 밝혔다.

  이번 공모는 총 20억 원 규모로, 전년도와 동일한 수준이며, 지난해에는 122건, 약 19억 7천100만 원 규모의 사업이 선정된 바 있다.

  공모 유형은 △군정참여형 사업 △주민자치형 사업 △청소년참여형 사업 등 3개 분야로 나뉜다.

  군정참여형 사업은 군 기획감사실에서 주관하며 군민이 자유롭게 제안하는 방식으로 운영된다. 

  주민자치형 사업은 군 행정지원과에서 담당하며 각 읍·면 주민자치회를 중심으로 발굴·제안하고 주민총회를 통해 결정되는 주민세 환원사업이다. 

  청소년참여형 사업은 군 교육청소년과에서 맡아 진천군 청소년참여위원회를 통해 선정된다.

  신청 대상은 진천군민이라면 누구나 가능하며, 주민 편익 증진과 지역 발전에 기여할 수 있는 사업이면 제안할 수 있다.

  신청 방법은 온라인과 오프라인 모두 가능하다. 

  온라인은 주민e참여 진천군 플랫폼을 통해 접수할 수 있으며, 오프라인은 군 기획감사실 또는 각 읍·면 행정복지센터를 방문해 신청하면 된다.

  공모 절차는 5~6월 사업 제안과 주민 의견 수렴을 시작으로 사업 타당성 검토, 사업 심의·선정, 예산안 편성 등을 통해 오는 12월 예산을 최종 확정할 예정이다.
