이날 현장에는 안과 전문의와 검진 인력이 참여해 시력·안압·굴절검사 등 기본 검사와 함께 세극등현미경검사, 안저검사 등 정밀 검진을 실시했으며, 개인별 눈 건강 상태를 종합적으로 점검했다.

검사 결과에 따라 처방이 필요한 주민에게는 안약과 돋보기를 현장에서 제공해 생활 불편을 덜었고, 추가 진료가 필요한 경우에는 전문 의료기관과 연계해 지속적인 관리가 이뤄질 수 있도록 안내했다.
